Credits and pricing
What each job costs, the job minimum, monthly and purchased credits, and failed jobs.

Screening and extraction jobs have a 50-credit minimum per job, and a rerun is a new job. For extraction, the pilot and the full run share one minimum. Search Assist and Discovery have no minimum.
Detailed reasons and Discovery exports cost nothing extra.
Monthly and purchased credits
Your plan includes a credit allowance that resets on the 1st of each month. Unused monthly credits do not carry over. Monthly credits are used before purchased credits.
Purchased credits come in packs of 1,000 and carry over month to month. They expire one year after your most recent purchase.
When something fails
Papers or PDFs that can't be processed after retries still count toward the job's cost; they're included for manual review.
If an entire job fails, credits for unprocessed work are refunded. If nothing was screened, the full charge is refunded, including the minimum. Completed jobs are not refunded. Failed Search Assist and Discovery searches also receive a credit refund.
