Commenter	All Viewer permissions, plus posting in the Run log
Editor	All Commenter permissions, plus rerunning the screening with their own credits, downloading PDFs and running data extraction
Owner	All Editor permissions, plus managing sharing, pinning a run and transferring ownership

Sharing gives access to the entire project, including abstract screening, full-text screening and data extraction. The owner receives an email whenever an editor reruns the project.

Sharing a project

Open the Sharing tab, enter the person's email address, and choose a role. Only people on the sharing list can access the project through its link. You can share a project with up to 50 people.

The owner can transfer ownership to an editor who has already opened the project. After the transfer, the previous owner becomes an editor. The transfer does not change any credits already charged.

Organization rules

Organization admins set the sharing policy under Manage organization. The options are Off, Within organization, and Anyone. Turning sharing off hides previously shared projects from their recipients until sharing is enabled again.

The Run log

The Run log records each run, who started it, changes to the criteria, and the results. It also contains your team's comments. To discuss a specific decision, quote the paper's reasoning from the Papers table.

Download the log as Markdown or CSV to keep with the project.
