Papers to retrieve
See which papers a monitor wants in full, add the files you have, and add a paper it missed.
Which papers to get
After a run, Papers to retrieve lists the papers whose full text is missing. We read each title and abstract and pick the ones worth getting. The rest wait for your call. You can change any choice, one at a time or in bulk, and export the list.
Adding PDFs
- Drop your files into the add area.
- Each file is matched to a paper by the DOI, PMID or PMCID in its name or text, and then by title.
- Check each match. A title match says Check it's the right paper.
- Pick the paper yourself for any file that didn't match.
- Confirm. The file is read with the paper.
Adding a paper the monitor didn't find
For a file that matches nothing, choose to add it as a new paper. Enter its title. A DOI is optional, but it helps us avoid duplicates.
Duplicate warnings
If a file is already attached to a paper, appears twice in the same batch, or the paper is already in the monitor, you get a warning that names it. Nothing is added twice.
